   I read about these; I would not order if on a GF diet because of celiac disease. According to the company FAQ list, the GF bars may contain traces of gluten:

   7. Are your products gluten free?

   You may select gluten free ingredients for your bar, shake or trail mix, however, your recipe may contain traces of gluten because our kitchen also processes recipes with gluten.

   8. I have allergies; can you guarantee that my bars, shakes and trail mix will not contain certain ingredients?

   You may select the ingredients in your bar, however, your bar may contain traces of soy, wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts & peanuts because our kitchen also processes items with those ingredients.
